Regional College of Education is managed by NAV VIHAR EDUCATIONAL AND RURAL DEVLOPMENT SOCIETY GAYA. The role of colleges of education is preparing high quality teachers is, therefore, imperative. The teachers is for 21st century should have the ability to ensure cognitive, conative  and effective development of the students and create in them a value system which is a mixture of time-tested values, nationalistic and secular traditions and scientific temper. It is an arduous task and cannot be completed without high quality teacher educators. The professional development of teacher educators is, therefore the need of the hour. Since the mission of the Regional College of Education is to impart quality education, it constantly strives to attract good faculty, good scholar students, provides good infrastructure in the institution.
